What Your Shoe Journey Looks Like
Although each shoe customization journey is different, our design and quality assurance process remains consistent. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience when working with us. Below is an overview of our process so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Consultation & Placement
When you contact us or fill out the form on this site, we discuss your needs and gather details about the shoe you want, including type, budget, quantity, and level of customization. Since customization options vary, we aim to ensure you receive the right shoe at the right price. After finalizing these details, we pass them to our team to start brainstorming.
Creative Team Meeting
This stage involves designing the shoe and creating digital mock-ups. We usually provide multiple concepts for each stage that align with your budget or preferences. The stages include: Premium, VIP, Luxury, and Prestige. A PDF with the finalized mock-ups will be sent to your email, allowing you to review and give feedback on the designs. We will continue refining the design through collaborations until it meets your expectations and budget.
Production & Assembly
After finalizing your preferred design, we get started! Project duration depends on factors like price, quantity, and complexity. Our services include painting, sewing, laser engraving, heat pressing, stenciling, airbrushing, attaching charms, custom leatherwork, bedazzling, splattering, and more!
Quality Assurance
Before shipping, each shoe undergoes an inspection to ensure it meets our high-performance standards. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible unboxing experience for your masterpiece!
Content Creation
Before sending the shoes, we photograph them in The Lab or outside the building. These photos showcase our latest and greatest projects for social media. For Prestige items, we occasionally create a YouTube video documenting the entire process, from start to finish.
Customer Sneak Peek
We’ll send you a photo to give you a sneak peek of the product. We want you to be excited about the masterpiece on its way to you or your company!
Packaging & Shipping
We carefully package each shoe and double-check the shipping label. Depending on your preference, we can deliver the shoes to you, you can pick them up at our studio, or we can ship them directly to your address.
Delivery & Follow Up
Now, your masterpiece is ready for you to enjoy and share with friends, family, and colleagues. We value your feedback, so please leave a review to tell us what we did well and where we can improve.
